On the third day, we arrived to Cabo San Lucas, where Tedd, Sandy, Greg, Alina and Tessala signed up for a kayaking/snorkeling adventure.

The rocks guarding the cape off Cabo San Lucas.

Tedd and Sandy riding the tender to the Cabo beach,
where we would soon be kayaking.

Still on our way to the beach to go kayaking... Don't
we look lovely in our life jackets?
PICT0117.JPG
An adorable pelican in Cabo. There were tons of pelicans
there, resting on the tops of boats, in the water, on
bueys, in the sky, etc.
PICT0109.JPG
Yay! We finally made it to the beach to get started
kayaking.

A shot of everyone kayaking from the back end.
PICT0141.JPG
This rock was called "The Baja Peninsula" because it
resembled the Baja Peninsula.
PICT0148.JPG
This was a hole in the rocks. Greg was having some fun
taking as many pictures as his heart desired, because
he was partnered with one of the people running the
kayak place to kayak with. They were all for tourism,
so Greg got to go crazy with the camera at every opportunity
he had and no one would get angry with him for not paddling.

The famous arch rock, with a tourist boat about to pass
through it.

Tedd and Sandy in their kayak. They were hoping for
more nature interpretation than they were getting from
these guys. They only seemed to be selling things, or
advertising somehow every time we stopped instead of
explaining about the rock formations and things like
that.

Tessa was a little bit uncomfortable in her life jacket,
and when she got fed up with it she just had to do something
about it.

Tess and Alina pulling in for a landing.
PICT0191.JPG
Some very cool rocks.
PICT0198.JPG
After we landed on shore we all went snorkling. If you
can't quite tell, that's Tedd on the left side and Alina
up close.
PICT0199.JPG
Tedd snorkling. He knew most of the fish that he saw
there, and later told us what the fish we saw were called.
(They didn't answer, though.)
PICT0211.JPG
The "Something Fish," or something like that.

A really cool short of Alina from under her under the
water. Greg was having some fun with the underwater
camera here...

A pretty shot of Alina underwater. Doesn't she just
look so excited about something? (Cheeeessse, Gromit!)

A different kind of fish, with um... other fishes.

PICT0234.JPG
A dead Puffer Fish on Lover's Beach (the beach that
we had all kayaked to). Sandy found it right before
we were leaving the beach. Kinda gross.

Greg loves his panoramas... (this one's of Cabo San
Lucas)

Kind of puts the whole trip in perspective...

Alina and Tedd playing ping-pong. We did this a lot.
For a few hours a day, I'd say.

Mynt
Alina got this beautiful blue water holder bag thing
as a souvenir. But she didn't have a water bottle when
she first got it, so of course she stuffed her stuffed
tiger Mynt into it.
